Urgent care services are available 24 hours a day to students in times of crisis. The After Hours Urgent Care Clinic (AHUCC) at Holyoke Center is open nights, weekends, and holidays for students who have concerns or symptoms that cannot wait until regular clinic hours. Students who feel that they need mental health attention but are not sure of the urgency of the situation are advised to call first to obtain advice from the clinician on duty at 617-495-5711.
The Mental Health Service also reserves appointments each weekday to accommodate urgent concerns that arise during regular office hours. Whenever possible, students are encouraged to call ahead to obtain advice from their mental health provider. Students seeking advice for non-urgent concerns should contact their provider during regular office hours.
