Required Immunization Prices and Additional Information

Please refer to your designated Preregistration Certificate of Immunization form (accessible via the list of schools on the previous page) to determine which vaccines are required for admission to your program.

The prices in the table below are effective as of August 1, 2012 and are subject to change without notice.

Students at Harvard Medical School and Harvard School of Dental Medicine are also required to provide serological evidence of immune status to chickenpox, hepatitis B, measles, mumps, and rubella. These tests may be ordered through HUHS if they have not been completed prior to coming to campus. Note: If the result of a serological test is negative (not immune), you will be required to receive the corresponding vaccination above and to retest for immunity.
