HUHS charges a missed appointment fee of $25.00 for each appointment that is missed without notice ("no show").
If you cannot keep an appointment, please call the clinic directly as soon as possible: Contact the Clinic. You can also cancel your appointment online using your Harvard ID and PIN through Patient Online.
Informing us of your cancellation allows us to reallocate the time to another patient who is in need of care.
